Role overview: The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for leading the technological direction and development of BGaming.
The CTO will oversee the entire technology team, ensuring that the company's technical resources align with its business needs and strategic goals.

Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the company's technological vision and strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.Collaborate with the executive team to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive business growth and improve user experiences.Ensure the company stays ahead of industry trends, exploring new technologies and methodologies that can enhance game development and operational efficiency.Technical Oversight Lead and manage the technology team, including engineers, developers, IT staff, and other technical professionals.Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of gaming platforms, tools, and infrastructure.Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all technical systems.Direct the development of proprietary game engines, software, and tools to support game development.Project Management Collaborate with project managers and game development teams to ensure that technology resources are effectively allocated and projects are delivered on time and within budget.Implement best practices for agile development, continuous integration, and deployment processes.Oversee the technical aspects of game development, including game design, art pipelines, programming, and quality assurance.Innovation and R&D Lead research and development initiatives to create cutting-edge gaming experiences and tools.Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the technology team.Team Development Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent in the gaming technology space.Promote professional development and continuous learning within the technology team.Establish clear goals and performance metrics for team members, providing regular feedback and coaching.Work closely with other departments, including design, marketing, and finance, to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.Represent the technology department in executive meetings and board discussions, providing insights on technical opportunities and risks.Engage with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance the company's technological capabilities.Budget Management Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Evaluate and recommend technology investments that align with the company's strategic goals.Requirements: Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
