SealingTech provides tailored defensive cybersecurity solutions to our customers. To meet that vision, the company needs CTO that has the knowledge and foresight to align our technology strategy with the needs of our customers and can lead our team in the development of solutions that exceed customer needs. The CTO will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, defining technical roadmaps and ensuring the success of strategic initiatives. This role will report directly to the CEO.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Technology Strategy and Vision:
Develop and implement company's technology strategy aligned with business goals.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and mentor the technology and engineering teams.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with other executive leaders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Communicate technical concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
Attend and speak at industry and partner events
Product Development:
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of cybersecurity solutions.
Ensure the integration of hardware and software components in product offerings.
Research and Development:
Lead R&D efforts to innovate and improve existing products and develop new solutions.
Budget and Resource Management:
Manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Optimize the allocation of resources for maximum efficiency and impact
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience managing the development of defensive cybersecurity solutions
Experience as a CTO or a similar senior technology position
Deep understanding of defensive cybersecurity, specifically in threat hunting and/or cross-domain solutions
Experience speaking at industry events Proven experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the cyber security industry.
Track record of driving innovation and delivering successful technology solutions.
In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team building, talent development, and performance management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are preferred).

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
The anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
