As we prepare to launch our Brookfield facility, we are seeking an experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who is passionate about addressing the current nationwide behavioral health crisis, while leading interdisciplinary treatment teams within an organization that is redefining the standard of comprehensive PHP/IOP care. What You'll Do Providing daily care for patients in our PHP/IOP programs ages 5-18 Conducting psychiatric evaluations for Compass patients, establishing diagnoses, prescribing medication, and providing therapy Leading experienced, multi-disciplinary clinical teams and making overall recommendations on treatment plans Collaborating with family therapists, individual therapists, nurses, and psychiatrists Average 10-12 patient visits per day Who You Are BE or BC in Wisconsin Licensed or ability to obtain Illinois Board of Medical Practice Licensure Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Wisconsin Skilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illness Excellent communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
