As a Discovery Point Child Care Center Administrative Assistant, you will provide children with a safe learning environment and a quality education program.
In the director's or owner's absence, you will be responsible for the effective operation of the child development center, which includes recruiting and managing staff, establishing and meeting enrollment and revenue objectives, providing ongoing communication with parents, and managing the center's costs.
Child Care Center Assistant Director Qualifications: Experience as an management assistant in a licensed child care centerPrevious supervisory experience or experience providing work directionMust have or be able to obtain a commercial driver's license, CPR/Fire Safety, and any other training required by regulatory agenciesKnowledge of childcare licensing rules and regulationsKnowledge of early childhood education curriculumCDL PreferredMust be able to meet state background check requirements.
