Child & Family Therapist (Psychotherapist) Hoffman Homes For Youth

Hoffman Homes is a community of employees gathered on one campus to help youth and young adults understand and manage their mental health diagnosis.
This is a supportive work environment where you can collaborate with other master's-level therapists. Frequent supervision sessions and weekly department meetings allow for opportunity to discuss cases and new information. Additionally, we offer opportunities to earn CEU credits at no cost. Clinical supervision is provided on site.
The Child & Family Therapists/Psychotherapists provide individual, group, and family therapy for the youth in care. They are responsible for assuming leadership of the treatment teams, providing clinical consultation to the direct-service staff, developing treatment plans, running treatment team meetings, and maintaining daily documentation. Applicants will be evaluated on clinical skills, leadership, and teamwork capacities, as well as experience.
The position requires a master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field. Students in their final semester of their master's-level program will be considered. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license and have basic computer skills. Pennsylvania Childline, Criminal, and FBI clearances will be processed.
