We are currently seeking a Child Support IV&V Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Albany, New York (US-NY), United States (US).
Overview of job:The Child Support IV&V Senior Business Analyst will work as part of a team providing Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services to assess the Child Support module of the New York State (NYS) Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program. She/he will actively participate in IV&V tasks, activities, and associated deliverables to assess risks to program schedule, cost, compliance, and functionality. This role requires a strong understanding of Child Support, preferably in an Integrated Eligibility System.
Job Responsibilities Include:Support the Lead Business AnalystConduct interviews, attend meetings and review artifacts to understand application, integration and reporting architectureDefine future state system/solution architecture in alignment with business needs and challengesContribute to emerging hypothesis, estimation, project summaries, and prioritization activitiesPerform independent assessments of overall project status and healthInterview key stakeholdersReview and make recommendations on the management of the projectDocument issues and risks based on artifact reviews and stakeholder interviewsConduct an analysis of Program performance and identify areas for improvement with recommendationsReview and analyze all project planning and management artifactsReview all Project deliverables for accuracy, completeness and adherence to requirementsAssess stakeholder involvement and "buy-in"Assess State and DDI Contractor understanding of project scope, goals/outcomes/requirements, deliverables, and milestonesMonitor progress toward OCSE Certification and produce required IV&V reportsBasic Qualifications:Minimum 10 years' experience of health/human/social services IT project management experience (including child support/services project experience)Minimum 4 years using an agile method of systems developmentMinimum 5 years of Child Support experience including experience with and understanding of OCSS guidelinesExperience providing IV&V services on a large scale, modular business and technology modernizations that may include multiple human services programsExperience providing IV&V services on a project using an agile method of systems developmentAdditional agile training, experience, or certificationsPreferred Skills:Experience with Eligibility solutions in one or more states.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $112,556 - $120,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
