Looking for a loving, dedicated, and qualified assistant director and director to manage the child care facility. Potential candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to CELC II by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance. Which include supervising and managing staff, hiring and training staff, meeting with parents, developing programs and curricula, establishing policies, budgeting programs and complying with OEC regulations. Requirements Minimum of an Associate?s Degree in related field or Degree in ECE MUST have 1+ years of experience working in a child care setting CPR/First Aid certified Provide 3 professional references Knowledge of NAEYC accreditation a plus Knowledge of CT ELDS/ DOTS Prior administrative experience. Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Attention to detail Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
