Childcare Site Supervisor

Do you have experience leading programs in a childcare or education setting? Osseo Area Schools Community Education has an exciting opportunity for you in our Kidstop/ Four Star Express all day and before/after school program! Our supervisors engage in a lifetime of learning by providing leadership, direct supervision and support including program planning, prioritizing, organizing.
Job responsibilities include: Lead teams, support activities, manage program spaces, supervise and provide guidance for students Train and supervise Kidstop and Four Star Express staff Establish positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, building staff, and school district staff Provide a safe, caring, fun environment for children Ensure compliance and completion of all site documentation and required paperwork Pay & Schedule: $58,250 - $73,750 annually based on education and experience Full time Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 pm for any late start school or 8:00-4:30 pm for any early start schools Benefits: Full benefits Professional development opportunities Mentorship programs for teachers and educational support professionals Qualifications: Associates degree required One year experience in childcare, recreation, education, or youth development required Experience of successfully leading programs in a childcare or education setting preferred Strong communication skills and positive interpersonal skills Supervisor Experience preferred.
