Wonder Years Preschool is seeking a caretaker who is committed to the total development of children. Interested workers who are willing to commit to the training and education required for career growth are encouraged to apply.
Basic responsibilities: Provide a responsive and nurturing environment Care for the child's basic needs; feeding, diapering, interacting, Ensure a safe and clean classroom Monitor the development of each assigned infant Implement techniques to help the child meet milestones Requirements: High School Graduate or GED Pass DFPS Background Check Commitment to daily attendance Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks Pleasant and upbeat attitude Ideal Skillset: Previous experience working in a licensed child care facility Great written and verbal communication skills Experience with maintaining TRS or National accreditation requirements Multi-tasking abilities Good organizational skills
