ChildPlus Administrator
Under the Supervision of Program Manager, the ChildPlus Administrator's roll is to streamline the operation of the ChildPlus software system and maintain day-to-day operations.
The ChildPlus Administrator will define and implement the ChildPlus policies and procedures, and best practices regarding the software.
Set up ChildPlus software in desktops, laptops, tablets and other units.
Provide technical assistance and guidance in all aspects of the software.
Review open tickets daily and with same-day response and action, when feasible.
Work with the IT unit to identify and resolve hardware and ChildPlus software compatibility issues.
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate ChildPlus.
Recommend and arrange training opportunities and ongoing technical assistance, when needed.
Manage information security compliance activities, including closing access for terminated employees.
Support program staff by performing updates and rollovers for returning children.
Work with Administrators and Managers setting up new modules, tabs, and dropdown choices.
Create, maintain and utilize the ChildPlus Dashboard module to track due dates, appointments, and internal monitoring.
Develop custom reports as needed.
Archive and purge data, when needed.
Create training database, when needed.
Maintain records of ChildPlus users; create new users when needed.
Identify features in ChildPlus that improve efficiency or streamline processes.
Calculate the PIR on a monthly basis and send out to the Administration, Program Manager, and component managers.
Prepare a checklist for each new program term.
Update Standard Operating Procedure Manual.
Perform special projects as assigned by the administration and supervisor.
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills Outstanding organizational and time-management skills In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles Communicate professionally and effectively in staff interactions Qualifications: Associates Degree in Computers, Technology, or a related field Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing.
Ability to stand and sit for extended periods Ability to lift 40 pounds
