All learning assessments correlate with or directly support unit/topic/course objectives; + Supplement instruction with contemporary authentic material More About the Role: + Use basic classroom technology to include audio/video/DVD components, and computer applications, such as Microsoft Office + Deliver instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities + Ensure all course delivery meets standards in ADET Instruction I-04 + Utilize technology such as Apple iBooks Author, ePubs, SmartBoard/Symposium and Blackboard You'll Bring These Qualifications: + Native capability in Russian and at least an ILR level 2 proficiency in English (OR native capability in English and a 3/3 Russian) + 5 years' experience teaching adult language education and methodology + 3 years' experience preparing and presenting face-to-face language instruction within a formal language environment + 2 years' experience finding and using authentic materials to support learning objectives + 6 months experience using appropriate language fonts, keyboards, and language training software. + Bachelor's Degree (or two additional years of teaching adults) These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: + Experience teaching translation, grammar, listening and reading comprehension, speaking and writing.
