Chocolatier

Company Description Velve Chocolate was born in August when our founders' video of her version of the "Dubai Chocolate" went viral.
One thing lead to another and now our company specializes in different types and flavors of stuffed chocolate bars.
We also provide our bars to shops and bakeries, and will be launching bon bon boxes and sampler boxes on November 1st.
We plan to expand our chocolate brand to more retailers, launch more flavors, and open daily deliveries and pickups for our clients!

Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Chocolatier at Velve Chocolate in Los Angeles, CA that pays $20/hr.
We are looking for a chocolatier to work 2-3x/week with around 8-9 hour shifts.
A flexible schedule is preferred, as we are still trying to work around our retailers' and customers' needs.
The Chocolatier will be responsible for assisting the founder in creating chocolate confections, in different sizes with different fillings.
All chocolate and fillings will be prepared for molding and filling upon chocolatier's arrival to their shift.
We are looking for someone who knows technique and how to work with different material molds specifically - showcasing culinary skills to produce high-quality chocolate products.
On some days chocolatier will be assisting our founder and on other days, they will be working independently; regardless, everything will always be prepared prior to their arrival.
This job is more tailored towards speed of preparation and quality.
