Christmas Tree Sales Associate Hartland Store

Provide top-notch customer service by assisting customers with Christmas tree questions, loading Christmas trees onto their vehicles, along with maintaining the presentation and organization of our product and greenhouse areas.
Job Duties - Welcome customers and assist them with Christmas tree questions.
- Assists customer with loading Christmas trees onto their vehicles.
- Helps maintain a safe and clean store environment.
- Helps maintain and organize/merchandise product.
- Assists in the opening and closing of the tree lot.
Requirements -Good customer service
-Good professional demeanor
-Good listening ability
-Ability to lift 75+ pounds
-Requires intermittent periods of physical activity such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, etc.
-Ability to work at least 18 hours per week
-No experience required, all knowledge and instruction will be provided with on-the-job training.
Pay and BenefitsBase pay starts at $ 12.00 USD per hour
Store discount starts at 20% and can go up based on years of service.
