City Church Residency

Thank you for your interest in applying! The City Church Residency is a two-year program that exists to equip individuals to serve in vocational ministry. During this time, residents will work alongside ministry leaders using their gifts to serve the church, while also being developed theologically, professionally, and personally.
Residents serve alongside ministry leaders to accomplish the work of the ministry to which they are assigned. The residents will use their abilities to serve the ministries in leadership, administration, and execution of ministry goals and initiatives.

Please set aside an hour to do this assessment***Phase 3 - Local InterviewAn interview will be done by your local supervision based on your ministry application and assessment.You'll be able to schedule this within our system after you complete the ministry assessment.
