Civil Affairs Specialist Job Overview: You will serve as a vital connection to local communities worldwide. Your role involves identifying essential resources required by local citizens to aid in missions or crisis situations. You will actively engage with civilian aid agencies and relief organizations, fostering cultural understanding and ensuring effective coordination. Requirements: Attend a 23-week paid training program to gain skills and certifications in cultural awareness, cultural communications, cultural immersion, humanitarian aid, civil affairs, public relations, project management, and emergency management. Advanced certifications require additional full funded training programs.
