We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Civil Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in using Civil 3D software. This role requires a Professional Engineer (PE) license in California and a proven track record in leadership and project management.
Salary: $140,000-$170,000

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Civil Design Engineer, with a diverse portfolio of completed projects.
- Must hold a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of California.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing engineering teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Proficient in using Civil 3D software for project design and development.
