Pure Cycle Corporation, (NASDAQ Capital Market: PCYO) is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its growing engineering team at its Colorado Corporate Headquarters.

We are a growing land development and water utility company with an expansive portfolio of assets off I-70 directly south of DIA. This includes substantial water/wastewater utility, transportation, and land development infrastructure to serve our growing customer base. The Engineering Department at Pure Cycle is the primary design Contractor for our land development and water utility overseeing the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure in portions of Arapahoe & Weld County. We are continually looking to expand our business segments through organic growth of our water rights portfolio and land holdings.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONDesign a variety of infrastructure projects from inception to project close-out. Job duties include project management & regulatory permitting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign a variety of infrastructure including water, wastewater, and transportation projects. This task includes all aspects of project management including surveying, design, regulatory approvals, permitting, submittal review, material costing and purchasing, field inspections, and project startup.Manage consultants, construction crews, and contractors to ensure success in all aspects of project deliverables. Address field changes and assist with maintenance items.Create exhibits and application materials for various projects.Draft reports and aid with contracts for a variety of land development and water utility customers.Review and track infrastructure acceptance materials following construction including inspection videos, construction material tests, and as-builts.Participate in the streamlining and improvement of growing water and land development Departments within Pure Cycle. Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar scientific field and two years of related professional career experience. Candidates with Master's of Science degrees or continued education are preferred. Desired Skills and Experience:2 years-experience designing civil infrastructure, project management, or compatible experience and/or internships.Colorado PE License or the ability to obtain licensure within two years of hire.Experience and familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Suite, surveying software/instrumentation, ArcGIS.In addition, infrastructure inspections require continued standing, walking along uneven ground at construction sites, crawling, and climbing in/out of trenches.
