Civil Field Manager

Review project plans and/or proposal and develop a plan for completing the project on time and within budget.Manage all project personnel, activities, equipment and subcontractors.Direct Superintendents.Provide a safe work site for each project.Update weekly/monthly project schedules.Provide "hands on" assistance with field work/activities at times.Coordinate and attend meetings with the project owner's representatives.Abide by Company Safety Program and Policies in performing duties safely. Competencies Communications - ability to communicate with all levels of company, project and field personnel.Leadership – ability to motivate project personnel, set achievable objectives, maintain a positive outlook, take responsibility, make decisions, and provide constructive feedback.Environmental, Health and Safety Management: understand and know how to comply with all regulations, implement a positive attitude toward health and safety in the design and execution of the project, ensure safe deliverables and incorporate sustainable development. Experience/Qualifications 10 years of construction experienceCivil Field Management experience required Education High School Diploma or GED required.
