Civil Litigation Attorney (Construction & Insurance Defense Experience)

Marcellino & Tyson, PLLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Attorney with experience in construction and insurance defense to join our team. A background in Business Law, especially with a focus on business disputes, is a significant advantage.

** Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive case analyses.Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.Assist with client communication and interviews.Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive case analyses.Participate in discovery, including depositions and interrogatories.Prepare for and attend court hearings and conferences as needed.Manage assigned casework and meet deadlines efficiently.Stay up-to-date on current legal developments.
