Seeking 5 years' experience Civil Litigation Attorney i n Asheville, NC. Join a thriving law firm in Asheville as an experienced civil litigator. We are seeking a qualified and experienced NC licensed civil litigation attorney with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Our firm specializes in defending civil litigation claims and we are particularly interested in candidates with experience in construction, trucking and transportation, products liability, professional liability, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and commercial litigation.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of handling cases through trials and arbitrations. We are open to considering candidates who are licensed in North Carolina but seeking to relocate for this exciting opportunity.

* Currently licensed in state of North Carolina (must have)
* 5 years' experience within Civil Litigation Attorney (must have)
* Experience defending civil litigation claims with preference given for handling matters in the areas of construction litigation, trucking and transportation, products liability, professional liability, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and commercial litigation. (must have )
* Attorney must have strong and demonstrated experience handling cases through trials and arbitrations. (must have)
* Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, have strong research, writing and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently
* Ability to work independently
* Prefer candidates that are organized and self-motivated
* Representing clients in hearings and at mediations
