Civil Project Manager

Our client in Wayne County, MI is actively seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Project Manager will be responsible for having the following skills and carrying out the following tasks:
A degree in civil engineering or construction project management.At least 5 years of Project Management experience managing heavy civil construction projects. Experience in managing MDOT projects is a plus. Must have knowledge of installation/management of underground water main, storm, and sanitary sewer systems.Experienced with CAD. Must have experience with HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job software systems. Must have great verbal communication skills and experience leading meetings. Experience in job cost financial monitoring, tracking, and reporting. Management of change order work & tracking and issuance of subcontracts. Experience with creating and managing project schedules.
