Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Claims Consultant to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with customers and carriers through phone calls, personal meetings, seminars, etc.Work with an assigned book of customers to provide clarity on coverage matters.Report losses to appropriate carriers.Communicate with customers and adjusters pertaining to the handling of the claim.Monitor the status of open claims.Prepare loss reports and identify loss trends for customers, Customer Account Managers, Claims Consultants, and all others relevant to the claim/customer.Advocate for the customer during the claims process.Assist with the collection of denied claims from carriers to customers.Attend training sessions, courses, etc.
