Our compactors and balers are rebuilt to near factory specifications and sell for roughly 50% of a new unit providing a high level of value and utility to our customers.Responsibilities:Installing and removing compactors and balers as well as other refuse and recycling equipment from customers locations and transporting locally.Meet or exceed corporate financial, growth and utilization objectives.Maintains professional appearance and interaction with customers and ensuring customer needs are met.Analyzes work orders, coordinates daily travel schedule with Customer Service Manager; maintenance of service truck and inventory; investigates issues; conducts tests; resolves problems.Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.Continuously increases Hydraulic, Electric, Mechanical and troubleshooting knowledge.Ensures and maintains compliance to all corporate and customer policies including OSHA, ANSI and the Department of Transportation (DOT).Documents service and installation actions by completing timely and detailed service reports, tracks and records certain pricing detail and has the ability to quote and sell new orders of business.Is able to work with a flexible work schedule.Is able to work in a teaming environment by continuously improving, learning and information sharing across the organization.Maintains a clean and compliant driving record and adherence to all motor vehicle safety laws.; Ensures business assets are well managed to ensure maximum uptime.These duties shall include such other responsibilities as defined by the Business Manager from time to time.Qualifications:Basic mechanical skillsElectrical and welding capabilities is a plusAbility to use corporate mobile devices and applicationsGood written and verbal communication skillsValid Class A CDLBenefits:Full-Time position offering competitive wagesComprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, paid time off, Company paid health insurance premiums, vision and dental availableJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceSchedule: Day shiftSupplemental Pay: Signing bonusEducation: High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience: Welding: 1 year (Required) Class A CDL: 1 year (Required)License/Certification: Class A CDL (Required)Work Location: In person
