Being part of the Hazardous Waste Transportation Industry, our drivers can expect to run lanes for a core group of customers and encounter minimal time at large distribution centers. While the majority of our work is drop & hook, we are seeking Class A CDL Truck drivers that are experienced in specialized equipment such as Roper pumps, vac operations, and roll-off. We have established a demurrage program that pays drivers after 1 hour at pick-up and delivery. Many of the specialty equipment loads have a special pay rate associated with them.· *PAID ORIENTATION & TRAINING: *Orientation & training is held at the Neier terminal in Indianapolis, IN. Our orientation & training periods are unique in that we offer individual orientations and do not require our new hires to be part of a large hiring pool. This allows for individualized attention and a better assessment of each driver's personal skill set. Drivers that are attending orientation from out of town can expect a flight or rental car and individual hotel room accommodations. We understand that you are an experienced professional driver. Our goal is to have you on the road, running solo, as safely and quickly as possible. Most of our experienced new hires can anticipate running solo within a week. You will receive hourly compensation during your orientation & training period and will transition to the sliding mileage bracket once you are released to run solo.· *ASSIGNED TRACTORS & PAID BREAKDOWN:* Neier, Inc. provides every full-time driver with an assigned tractor.
