Pay:
Average $1,230/week for drivers with just 3 months of experience Detention Pay:
$12.50/hour after the 2nd hour Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day Mileage Bonus:
3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity — eligible the month after hire Out for 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours)
every other weekend Access to an operations specialist 24/7 All shifts tailored to meet your needs Drive 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or KW's Average length of haul: over 600 miles 100% no-touch freight: 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload OTR covering all 48 states, predominantly east of I-35 No forced dispatch
