Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities: Maintain customer files, ensuring record retention policies are adhered to; Assist in preparation of sales packages; Prepare letters, flyers, copies, business card requests, and other correspondence as requested by the Home Center Manager; Assist customers with general questions, route phone calls and messages accurately and quickly; Assist Home Center staff in working with Home Office staff to carry out sales, marketing, human resource and other business processes Job Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express Able to multi-task and adapt to changes with ease Strong written and verbal communication skills Possess strong customer service skills High School diploma or equivalent Professional demeanor and appearance Able to comply with all company policies and procedures Must be reliable and dependable Able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment Cooperative and collaborative, willing and eager to work in a team environment, assist with miscellaneous duties as required Compensation: As an Administrative Assistant with Clayton Homes, you will receive an hourly wage.
