Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Cleaning Area Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations in the Fort Wayne Indiana area. As a Cleaning Area Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning activities are carried out efficiently effectively and in accordance with company standards. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple locations within the designated areas. Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure highquality performance. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and identify areas for improvement. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring adequate stock levels at all times across numerous clients facilities. Respond promptly to client requests and concerns addressing any issues and taking appropriate corrective action. Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities including attendance equipment maintenance and incident reports. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for optimizing cleaning operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail. Knowledge of cleaning techniques products and equipment. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fastpaced environment. Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
