In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of multiple commercial buildings. You will be required to work independently, and travel to different locations on a daily basis. As a floater, you may be assigned to different buildings on different days, so flexibility is a must. Some weekends may be required. Reliable transportation, valid drivers licence and car insurance is required for this roll. During training with a supervisor employee will be making $14 an hour and after graduation from training and employee is on their own driving they will be bumped to $15 an hour. This process can take between 3 weeks to a month depending employee.Responsibilities:Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning restroomsFollow cleaning schedules and instructions provided by the supervisorEnsure that all cleaning supplies are properly stockedReport any maintenance or cleaning issues to the supervisorCommunicate with other staff members in a professional mannerMaintain a clean and organized work environmentPerform inspections as instructed by the supervisor.Specific cleaning requirements will be detailed for each location.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportationAbility to travel to different locations on a daily basisAvailability to work a late second shift.Ability to work independentlyGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, run a floor scrubber and be on your feet for 6 to 8 hours.Salary and Benefits:This is a full-time position with a wage of $14-$15 per hour, depending on experience. Drive time will be paid when not in a company car.
