Cleaning Supervisor

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Supervising and training cleaning staffCreating cleaning schedules and assigning tasksEnsuring that all cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working orderOrdering cleaning supplies and maintaining inventoryPerforming regular inspections to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintainedResponding to cleaning emergencies and addressing any issues that ariseEnsuring that all cleaning staff follow safety procedures and guidelinesCommunicating with management and other departments as neededRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in a supervisory roleStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksKnowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and suppliesAbility to lift and move heavy objectsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
