JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for auditing the daily cash activity posted in the Central Cashier Facility system to the Point of Sale Systems and posting the data for the revenue generating business units.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verifies and reconciles POS cash data to actual cash entries from the Central Cashier Facility's Compass System
Researches, documents, and reports discrepancies. Informs management and Loss Prevention of any discrepancies over $50. Updates Central Cashier Facility's SharePoint site with all discrepancies.
Responsible for uploading daily all of the Central Cashier Facility Cash postings to the AS400 in a timely manner
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High school degree or GED is required.
Associate's degree (AA) is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
1 to 3 years of experience with POS Systems, cashier auditing, and/or accounting or bookkeeping in AS400 reporting preferred.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Background check is mandatory and results must meet Universal Orlando's criteria.
