Duties of the Deputy Clerk III Include:Case management in a variety of case types including the processing of documents and follow up with the Courts, attorneys, other departments, and the public.In court clerking including taking detailed and accurate hearing minutes and calendar management.Providing customer service to the public, attorneys, and other departments via phone or email inquiries.Jury management including maintaining jury records, creation of jury pools, and assistance with jury trials.Provide coverage for the Deputy Clerk IV position as assigned by management.
