Master Roofers is looking for a Client Account Manager to provide outside sales support and administrative support the a highly dynamic and professional skylight and roofing advisor sales team.
This position will be responsible for managing customer sales and service repair appointments within the CRM, handling customer calls, and assisting the Office Manager with various other administrative tasks.
The Client Account Manager will also generate estimates and proposals as directed by the sales team and ensures each job is ready to be handed off to the production team for installation.
Responsiblities
Answers phones and directs calls to the appropriate team in accordance with company policy.
Schedules leads and roofing advisor "measure calls" to the appropriate sales advisor as directed by the Director of Operations and taking into account each salesperson's funnel/work backlog at that time.
Utilizes CRM tool to schedule and track all appointments.
Assists sales advisor team with compiling estimates and quotes.
Ensures all relevant information is loaded into CRM in accordance with company policy.
Passes completed quote to production for scheduling and resourcing after CRM entry is complete, proposal is signed, and deposit is received.
Schedules Service and Repair work on inclement weather days and works with production to ensure work is scheduled and coordinated appropriately.
Supports office coordinator at OC discretion and helps with month end procedures and other critical tasks at the direction of the office coordinator.
Works with marketing team and ensures we are getting the best quality leads.
Tracks customer referral process.
Inputs and tracks customer warranty information.
Assists with Director of Operations with maintaining safety program.
Experience with online QuickBooks preferred.
MS Office experience and excel proficiency are critical.
CRM experience preferred.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
CRM experience ideal
Online QuickBooks experience preferred
Available to work M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
High school diploma or GED
