WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As a full-time Client Care Service Coordinator, you'll enjoy a stable and consistent schedule, working regular business hours to ensure our clients and their families receive the support they need.
In this Client Care Service Coordinator role, you'll be at the forefront of our organization, serving as the initial point of contact for prospective clients and their families.
Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions as you efficiently manage the intake process, gather essential information, and provide ongoing advocacy and support.
From scheduling sessions to coordinating transitions in our ABA programs, you'll ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Your compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills will shine as you serve as a liaison between families and our clinical team, maintaining meticulous records and providing timely assistance.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? High school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanorDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilitiesProficiency in using computer systems, databases, and software applications
A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or client intake coordination is a plus.
Familiarity with ABA principles and terminology is also beneficial!
