Client Communications Specialist Hicks & Funfsinn, PLLC is seeking a friendly and organized Client Communications Specialist to become part of our team. In this role, you will answer and redirect phone calls, screen cases, greet clients and other visitors at the office when they arrive, schedule client appointments, and take accurate messages for attorneys and other staff. On a daily basis, you will also sort and distribute mail and assist staff with other administrative duties. Legal experience is a plus but not required. Duties and Responsibilities Excellent customer service required. Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly manner and determine the reason for their visit. Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner. Scheduling and confirming appointments. Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients. Responding to or forwarding client questions to the appropriate staff member. Contacting clients to schedule appointments with attorneys and other staff. Sorting and distributing the mail. Requirements and Qualifications Professional, courteous, dependable and punctual. A high school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of administrative support experience. Legal experience is a plus. · Bilingual (English/ Spanish speaking) is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong interest in helping the community. Strong attention to detail and customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
