The Opportunity
As a Client Director, you will:
Manage all aspects of medium to large Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Service projects, balancing risk, cost, schedule, and quality.
Ensure the successful execution of engineering, procurement, and construction tasks, including performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.
Lead and manage teams of multi-discipline professionals.
Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and startup elements, collaborating with third-party contributors.
Key Responsibilities Business Development: Lead marketing efforts and strategy development.
Identify prospects, develop and prepare proposals, present to clients, and manage project budgeting and contracting.
Achieve new business objectives and ensure successful project performance.
Project Management: Build and maintain client relationships while representing the company through engagement activities.
Support business and client engagement strategies.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to advance the company's market position.
Project Execution: Oversee engineering managers and project performance goals.
Manage project budgeting, invoicing, and performance reviews.
Engage actively with internal teams and client representatives.
Staff Management: Mentor and coach team members for performance improvement.
Recommend training and promotions while identifying new talent to grow the team.
Preferred Qualifications 15+ years of water/wastewater experience with demonstrated leadership roles.
Professional Engineering License and Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline.
Understanding of financial metrics and contract negotiation.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background checks and other applicable screenings.
