Responsibilities:
Maintain the flow of repair process among all channels.Properly communicate to luxury retailers & direct customers.· Manage multiple local manufacturer partnerships.
Develop a high level of product knowledge.Preform detailed quality control procedures.Business administration tasks.Implement new processes.Essential skills & requirements:
Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures.Ability to take initiative and must have confidence to learn in a "live environment."Must be reliable with excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail.Superb written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Teamwork with Production & Sales departments.Leadership abilities.
