Apptegy's Client Experience Intern position is your opportunity to join a high-performing team for the summer months and contribute to our growth and your own. Why You'll Love This Job As a Client Experience Intern, you'll make a real impact by helping schools enhance their websites while refining your design and organizational skills. Gain hands-on experience in content migration, high-quality layout design, and supporting the Client Success team to streamline their work. You'll gain real technical and business experience through this work and our intentional Internship Programming to enhance your professional development along the way.

\n What You'll DoAssist in enhancing school websites by migrating content to a new content management system (CMS) platform. Organize content, changes, and project details using spreadsheets. Use HTML to improve content layout and ensure high-quality design standards. Support the Client Success team in administrative tasks to help streamline their day. Focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in all tasks. Gain hands-on experience in edtech while learning about the industry. Who You AreRising Senior graduating in May or December 2026. Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program and in good standing at an accredited college or university and pursuing a business degree or related field.  Must be able to work 40 hours a week and complete a 12-week internship program.  Technical proficiency in tasks such as uploading, downloading, searching, and sourcing data. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Docs/Sheets). Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Demonstrate a strong sense of curiosity and resourcefulness.
