Full job description Driven has an immediate opening for an amazing Customer Experience Specialist!
Summary: Responsible for being an amazing & caring ambassador of our company through the use of communication with patients on the phone and in person, and providing administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1. Act as an amazing & caring ambassador of our company.
2. Greet and welcome patients/clients.
3. Answer the company phone and screen calls as necessary.
4. Check voicemail and return phone calls.
5. Schedule new patient appointments.
6. Approve appointment cancellations and reschedules (phone, text, or email).
7. Compile and report company performance data.
8. Assist with creating simple designs for event flyers and marketing campaigns.
9. Print copies of handouts, and ensure handouts are well stocked and organized.
10. Clean the office per company standards, policies, and procedures.
11. Organize and maintain the office, including equipment and supply inventory.
12. Wash and fold clinic laundry.
13. Clean and set up rooms between clients.
14. Check clients in/out and schedule/confirm their next appointment.
15. Write and prepare thank you notes for practice owner signature and mailing.
16. Post blog articles & videos to the clinics social media page(s).
17. Enter client information into our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) & Marketing Campaigns.
18. Open and/or close the office as scheduled.
19. Coordinate the owner's personal & professional schedules and events.
20. Re-stock and re-order merchandise, office supplies, etc. as needed.
21. Assist with running clinic events as needed.
22. Other duties as assigned.

Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, PowerPoint (or similar), and Canva (or similar creative design) software/systems.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities: A warm and calming demeanor and ability to communicate comfortably with new people and make them feel welcome and valued.
Natural empathy and compassion for those who are in pain or are frustrated.
Willingness to learn and implement constructive feedback.
Strong attention to detail.
Be a self-starter.
Desire to work in an intimate setting, where our clients are only treated in 1-on-1 sessions each hour.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.30 - $20.19/hr

Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine Schedule:
4-5 hour shift Regular weekday availability from 7:00am-6:00pm Intermittent early evening availability from 6:00pm-7:00pm (no more than 1-2x/month, paid as overtime) Intermittent weekend availability (Saturday only, 1-2 hrs. max, no more than 1-2x/month, paid as overtime) Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Medical office: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: One location, on-site, must have reliable transportation
