Allied Universal is hiring a Client Portfolio Director for the Aviation Division responsible for accounts in multiple airports in the Hawaiian islands. The Client Portfolio Director collaborates with the General Manager to oversee employees and operational activities at all locations associated with their assigned client portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES: Caring Leadership and Client Intimacy: Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers by providing coaching, support, and recognition, while fostering accountability. Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote teamwork, open communication, and professional developmentBuild, maintain and grow relationships with clients by understanding their security needs and ensuring satisfactionOperational Oversight and Safety: Deliver high-quality service to our clients by strategically overseeing Account Managers, while maintaining industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirementsAnalyze, report and drive operational metrics and KPIs using Allied Universal's Business Intelligence Platform, maximizing efficiency and productivityIdentify and mitigate security risks; develop and implement security protocols, training and response plansFinancial Performance and Growth: Work with branch leadership to strengthen financial performance within your assigned portfolio by managing budget allocation, driving revenue growth, reducing non-billable overtime, improving cash collections, and controlling expensesCollaborate with sales to drive organic business growth within existing client operationsQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE): Must possess one or more of the following:Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or a related fieldAssociate's degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with thee (3) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industryHigh School diploma with five (5) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industryCurrent driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)Minimum of one (1) year of experience driving operational and/or financial metrics while demonstrating strong financial acumenMinimum of two (2) years of experience in successfully building and developing teamsMinimum of (3) years of experience working as a manager for accounts in aviation/airportsLeadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired resultsAbility to collaborate across multiple business units and regions to creatively support client's growth and satisfactionResults-oriented problem-solving skills that meet client and employee needs, while running a profitable businessProficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentationsDynamic networking skills displaying a commitment to safety and trust by participating in local community, client and industry eventsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE): Law enforcement, military and/or contract or proprietary security services experienceExperience managing a dispersed workforce in a multi-location operationBENEFITS: Base salary: $100,000 to $150,000, plus bonus Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEnrollment in our company's 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirementsEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
