Job Description:
Credit Karma is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all client-related inquiries and concerns- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and provide relevant solutions and recommendations- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients- Monitor and analyze client satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address feedback- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve processes and strategies
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- 8+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams- Passionate and hardworking attitude towards client satisfaction and business success- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, while also being able to take initiative and make innovative decisions- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
