Job Description:
As a Client Relations Representative at FedEx in San Francisco, California, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling FedEx services to clients- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant information and solutions
