Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Johnson Controls is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address any questions or concerns they may have- Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve issues in a timely manner- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Hardworking and resilient personality traits- Strong communication skills and ability to think creatively to solve problems- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Willingness to adapt to a rapidly evolving work environment
