Job Description:
Nuro is seeking a motivated and passionate Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations and a strong desire to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver services to clients
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any issues that may arise
- Assist in the development of client communication materials, such as newsletters and updates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations
- Provide support to the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing client needs
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to client management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
