6. **Training & Development:**

- Attend team meetings and training sessions, contributing insights from your interactions with clients.
**Requirements:**
**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations.
