\n What you will do:Drive accountant maintenance and growth by maintaining and updating a spreadsheet tracking all MSA (Master Service Agreement) details. Drives client outreach strategies in partnership with leaders. Manages and maintains client activity records within our CRM and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy. Responsible for managing the corporate events calendar and associated activities including registrations, exhibiting requirements, and pre- and post-event data collection. Acts as initial point of contact for prospective clients. Conducts client research. Coordinating client meetings, appointments, and conferences.? Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.? Maintaining and managing client registration. Supports executives with client activity recording Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.? Providing effect administrative support.? Perform other duties as needed. What we are looking for:Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong verbal and written communication skills.?
