Administrative / Office Management / Clerical - Part-timeResponsibilities include: Manage office calendar and coordinate appointmentsAnswer phone, screen incoming calls, make appointment reminder calls, call clients for meetingsOpen, manage, and maintain client accounts (i.e.: sending tax documents, updating client information, and general account maintenance)Maintain office and filesAssist with preparing client review meetingsPrepare client review books for client meetingsManage, update, and order office suppliesManage mail distribution, receiving, and sendingManage deposit of client checks into client accounts and maintain client distributionsPrepare, send, receive, and process all client paperworkContact custodians or other investment firms to service clients and founder's everyday business needsAssist with coordinating annual client eventsCoordinate annual client gift distributionMaintain and manage client Required Minimum DistributionMaintain and manage compliance processesAssist with 401(K) rollover requestsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyServicing all client's inquiriesSetting up and maintaining online account accessProcess paperwork, open and transfer accounts and work with beneficiaries with the death of a clientRequirements: Must have experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
