Primary Responsibilities:
As a Client Service Associate, you would work collaboratively with colleagues to offer an outstanding client experience including answering client phone calls and onboarding new clients.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer Mill Valley office phone and transfer to appropriate colleague as necessary Acknowledge and respond to client inquiries and requests same day Perform daily operations, general client service and support for the Advisors and their clients Prepare custodian and firm paperwork for client signature Coordinate with colleagues and appropriate firm resources to deliver consistently outstanding client service Assist with preparation of quarterly client reports Develop working relationships with custodians to achieve our operational goals Keep Salesforce records up to date quickly and accurately deadlines Prepare materials for Advisor meetings with clients and any necessary meeting follow up Other duties as assigned Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong MS Office skills required Must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial to ensure every client has a high level of confidence in us Exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a proactive manner with little supervision Clearly communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels, providing regular progress updates 0-3 years' experience with client service, operational, administrative, or executive assistant roles in financial services preferred Desire to provide superior service for all that we do, taking complete ownership of even the smallest task Be proactive, identifying and preventing potential problems Strong verbal and written communication skills Company Overview:
