Client Service Associate  We are looking for an experienced Client Service Associate to join our Phoenix, Arizona team. This position requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who loves working directly with clients. Supporting three Investment Advisors, the Client Service Associate is instrumental in facilitating a best-in-class client experience and keeping all internal processes on track.  
A successful Client Service Associate is resourceful, communicative, and can anticipate the needs of their Advisors and clients. Uncompromising when it comes to following documented processes and compliance standards, the Client Service Associate is a skilled problem solver who will thrive in a small but fast-paced, growth-oriented office where balancing competing priorities is a necessity. 
This role is based in our Phoenix office and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after completion of a successful introductory period. 
Core Functions: Provide daily support to Advisors and their client base (wire requests, new account openings, personal information changes, etc.) Handle all inbound and outbound non-investment-related client requests Initiate proactive client outreach to build strong relationships Own new client onboarding workflow in Salesforce and Black Diamond Maintain proper record keeping of client data in Salesforce Manage all appointment scheduling for prospects and clients Support Advisors in the prospect follow up process Participate in Operations special projects, as needed Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 3+ years of experience in a client facing role within the Financial Services industry, preferably with a Registered Investment Advisor Experience working in a CRM like Salesforce Experience working with custodians, Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity, preferred Experience with Black Diamond, preferred Handles confidential and highly sensitive information with ultimate discretion Proven ability to work collaboratively with others Self-starter with the ability to execute tasks with little oversight?? Excellent ability to manage competing priorities??? Excellent communication and time management skills Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Committed to a culture of compliance Exhibits the Capital Investment Advisors' five Core Values in everything they do Capital Investment Advisors would like to thank all applicants, however, only those who qualify for an interview will be contacted.
