Client Service Associate

About the Company:
A large securities client is looking for a contract to hire client services associate, onsite in downtown Seattle. This registered Client Service Associate will support Financial Advisors and senior level management while providing sales and administrative support to customers.
About the Role:
Responsibilities Include:
Maintain client account information and assist Financial Advisors with special projects as needed
Coordinate and prepare for client review meetings and set up new accounts
Organize and maintain calendar and meeting schedule
Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports
Research and arrange detailed travel plans: prepare travel itineraries and compile all documents and information needed for travel and appointments
Interact with customers both in person and on the phone
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
Follow up on deadline-driven tasks and issues
Answer phones and take detailed, accurate messages
Maintain files and documents
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned and required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
Skills:
FINRA Series 7 license preferred
3+ years broker/dealer sales support experience preferred
Strong commitment to customer service
Basic/working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment (multi-line phones, FAX, computer and keyboard skills)
Proficient in MS Office
Professional appearance and demeanor is essential
Positive 'can-do' attitude, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines required
Pay range and compensation package:
Hourly rate of $30-33 an hour while on contract.
