Full-Time – This is an in-office, non-remote position$75,000 – 95,000 per yearJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Capital Advantage Team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client service and support to our financial advisors, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of personalized service. This role involves direct interaction with clients, assisting with account management, and supporting the operational and administrative functions of our wealth management practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction and Support Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure successful onboarding of new clientsServe as the primary client service point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionallyAssist clients with account setup, maintenance, and transactionsProcess money movements such as wires, bank transfers, etc.Schedule, prepare for, and participate in client meetings, including gathering necessary documentation and materialsPerform additional related duties, as requestedOperational and Administrative Support Process account paperwork, including new account openings, account transfers, and account updatesEnsure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirementsMaintain and update client records in the CRM systemCoordinate with custodians to facilitate transactions and resolve issuesCompliance and Risk Management:Adhere to all regulatory and firm policies and proceduresAssist with compliance-related tasks, including monitoring for potential risks and ensuring timely and accurate reportingQualifications1-3 years client services experience in the financial services fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and ideally, Dynamics 365)High level of attention to detail and organizational skillsProactive, self-starter with ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentSeries 65 (preferred but not required)Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary and high bonus structureGenerous paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays)Daily wellness break programComprehensive benefits package: 401(k) with guaranteed profit-sharing match (after 1 year) + health, dental and vision insurance + long-term disability and life insurance optionsProfessional development opportunities — potential career path to a Financial Advisor role, if desiredFun and energetic work cultureAbout Capital AdvantageCapital Advantage, Inc. is an employee-owned wealth management firm headquartered in Walnut Creek, California.
